Observation

Cords were observed hanging at entertainment/TV area. Cabinet locks were not observed to be locked on the cabinets leaving hazards accessible, knives were on the counter. Broken cabinets in the kitchen observed to be hanging, sticking out, etc. causing risk of pinching, tripping, crushing. Appliances observed not to have child safety measures on them, risking entrapment and potential burns. Bathroom window appears to be cracked and broken. Water heater was accessible at time of visit, storage areas and unlicensed space was accessible to the child in Broken applicances in outdoor childcare area were observed, acare. Plastic bag was observed on the ground. broken mirror was observed directly outside the outdoor emergency exit in the emergency exit pathway. Chipping paint was observed in childcare area heater in the bathroom appeared to have chipping paint, sharp edge and rust.
